What is a Percentage?

A percentage is a part of a whole, but more specifically it is a whole out of 100.

How do I Find a Percentage?

One easy way to find a percentage is to use a calculator and divide the numerator by the denominator.

Once you do that it should give you a decimal number, which if you then multiply it by 100 it should give you a percentage. You have to multiply it by 100 because percentage values are always out of 100.
