Converting fractions into decimals are fairly easy. All you have to do is look at the denominator to determine what is the decimal place value for the fraction. For example, if your fraction is 3/100, then we know that it is 3 out of 100 and the 3 should be in the hundreths place value. If your fraction is 157/1000, then we know that it is 157 thousandths, so it simplifies to 0.157.

Then you can easily change the decimal number into a percentage by multiplying the decimal number by 100.
